Dude, there are tons of other sources for the same point. I just had that one saved right next to me as that one is new and just came out the other day. It's hardly like this is the first time that idea that we had the loudest one just now caught wind... The media/coaches/players were saying that years back...
Personally, I really don't wish to engage in a pissing match about this one point. I have already been in too many of them about this issue. And it gets no where, as no one can prove it either way. However, back to my main point, if your pussy arse AD scheduled a home/home with us then we all would know very easily. Plus I would get to fly to BR and enjoy some good Cajun Food to which I have never tried any before. (trust me, I have many motives and am working them all)

If that were true, one would think your pussy arse AD would have balls enough to schedule us home/home. We even offered to fly to LSU first and you could fly back at the earliest schedule opening, even if a couple years down the road(like you are with UW). Your AD demanded No. He is a pussy. Email your AD. Find out yourself...
i'm not going there with you... someone already answered this for you a few posts up... here, i'll copy and paste for you

One potential sticking point to playing a home and home with Oregon, is that there is no recruiting benefit to it. I can understand why Oregon would want to play in TX/LA/MS to increase their recruiting exposure.
LSU has played quite a few Home and Homes over the last few years all over the country (Arizona, Arizona St., Washington, West Virginia, Notre Dame, Virginia Tech) as well as neutral site games against Oregon and North Carolina. We can't meet every demand to play home and homes with teams.
We 1st look to make out budget numbers to fund all of our other athletic programs (we don't have a MEGA booster to fund all of our capital projects) and once that is met, recruiting and fan interest comes into play.
I'd love for LSU to have a H/H so I could hit up Bandon Dunes and catch a game in Eugene, but it doesn't look like it is in the cards for the near future.

Out of curiosity, WHY do you think we should give you a home and home?
What benefit does Oregon provide us to play them over a Texas, Oklahoma, Florida State, Miami, etc.
As I stated before, we schedule to satisfy budget, recruiting and fan interest. As a fanbase, wouldn't we prefer to play traditional rivals we have a history with, in areas we recruit.

If LSU gave H/H to everyone who asked we wouldn't be able to play our SEC teams. If there is one thing LSU isn't that is afraid to play other teams. We regularly play one of the toughest schedules in the country. We play tough OOC games each and every year, something that other teams in our conference don't do.
To be in our conference and play Oregon, WVU, UNC (during their good years), VT, ASU anyway is no sign of fear. The question you should be asking yourself is what does LSU stand to gain by playing Oregon more than one time? How could we benefit from playing up there?

Alabama head coach Bear Bryant once remarked that "Baton Rouge happens to be the worst place in the world for a visiting team. It's like being inside a drum." In 2001, ESPN sideline reporter Adrian Karsten said, "Death Valley in Baton Rouge is the loudest stadium I've ever been in." In 2002, Miami (Ohio) coach Terry Hoeppner said of Tiger Stadium, "That's as exciting an environment as you can have ... we had communication problems we haven't had at Michigan and Ohio State." In 2003, ESPN's Chris Fowler called LSU his favorite game day experience. In 2009 former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee stated on the Fox news with Sean Hannity show, "Unfair is playing LSU on a Saturday night in Baton Rouge."
Dude, as I stated but maybe now you are just reading, I really do not want to get in a pissing contest about this. It gets tiring. However, those quotes that you posted are lame. We have way better ones then those. And you quoted one media person who said his favorite gameday experience was at LSU. Dude, I would easily give you that LSU has the best tailgating by far, and best gameday experience, by far, no one can come close and even vs us, we could not hold your tailgate jockstrap. However, with Stadium Noise thats a whole diff issue. And well, as far as Gameday experience, why not ask the Chief of gameday, ESPN College Gameday, which site is his favorite, Herby. He said UO was. But probably not for the tailgate, but for its fans. He has called us awarded us the most rabid fan base. All this means nothing though, as anyone can drum up a Media guy being impressed. If we had a home/home with you all we all would have known who is louder and what was what...

So Herby's opinion is better than the lame one of Coach Bear Bryant?

now, i've never been to autzen stadium, i only have the swamp, neyland stadium, BDS, and georgia's stadium to compare death valley to, but i was in TS for the 13-3 loss to florida, the 2007 win vs. florida, the VT game, and the game against georgia in 2003, just to name a few... but i would guess that theres no way in hell that autzen stadium is as loud as death valley, especially in the game we lost vs. florida... no way in hell..

A)it would finally end the many year debate of who has a louder stadium.
B)it would prove that your AD finally can grow balls.
C)It would bring tons of money in to you, TV and all that. You are known for your D, we for our O, PAC-SEC hate each other, regional hate, polar opposite types of ball, great hype=great football game.
D)LSU then can finally say that they did not just pick on crappy PAC teams to do home/homes with.
E)You claim you are superior with your mouths, but then run and hide when it comes time to schedule. We claim we will play anyone anywhere anytime. We think we are good and look for opportunities to prove it. You look for majority OOC weak teams. Ya, you could lose against us, but you also could win and it would propel your season such as last year when you did.
F)USC had tried hard to schedule with you since 2003, but your AD always refused them too. Face it, your AD is a pussy. And you know so...
