Texas has to lose this ... Oregon is not going to do anything to win it ... This is one time when home field advantage hurts them .. Too much pressure on the kid to pull it out ....

I absolutely love match play. I wish it would be utilized more often. My favorite match play story from HS...first hole I'm paired up with a kid who ended up playing D1 golf and finishing top 5 individual his senior year in NCAA's. I'm nervous as hell and shank my tee shot into the woods and am lying 5 70 yards out with him on the green in regulation. I hole the 70 yd shot out for double. He's so frazzled he 4 putts and we halve the hole

The rules for injured players needs to be changed. Hossler who made the cut at two US Opens can't play and fricking Oregon just gets a free point? Texas wins this if Hossler was able to play.
