I will be there though I dont have tickets yet. Not doing that 3 day game b.s. Any pre game gatherings??

Yeah I know I can get them on stubhub but they said they will release single game tickets the day of the game. I prefer to pay $10 instead of $30. Just taking that chance.

How good is Houston? I see they rolled up some wins by big numbers, but lost their last game to Rhode Island.
I seem to remember us losing at home to a pretty mediocre RI team at home a couple of years back, not sure if they are any good this year.

Rhody is decent. Probably an NIT team this year. Lost their best player, the preseason conference POY in the 1st game of season. They took a loaded Providence team to the buzzer last wknd.

I go to UH. Houston is pretty decent, but they haven't played anybody above average at all. There's no reason LSU shouldn't win.

In. Bought overpriced tickets on stubhub, but worth it because I can't make it to BR for a game this season. It would be a shame to miss Simmons play in person if you have the opportunity.

I would think that there will be tickets available at Hofheinz Pavillion tomorrow. I went to their home opener vs Prairie View A&M and the announced crowd was only 1,200. There might have been 1,000 there. We would at least draw 6-7,000 for Prairie View.
Last time we played them in Houston, the crowd was 4,250.

Yeah I am hoping I can get them from their site tomorrow. If not I will go early and try from the ticket office. If that fails then stubhub.
