Went to a sports bar in Suwanee, Ga. As I walk in,
sole Tennessee chick says “we’re gonna beat your arse.” I said, “maybe, but they have to play the game.”
Went up to her afterwards and said “how do you like them apples?”
-“frick YOU!”
Then I jumped up on stage and did the “riverdance” in all my LSU garb. Great times.

I've never heard a louder neutral playing site game than that one. It was an incredible environment. And it was the loudest road group of LSU fans I ever heard. It was an exhilarating night.

I was at the game. Never forget the Tennessee fans arrogantly smoking cigars at half time like they had it won.

A win send TN to the National Championship game in the Rose Bowl. All the TN women were walking around with Roses in their hands. No one expected us to win that game.

Yep. Cheap shot on Rohan as he’s going out bounds. Mauck willed the team to victory. Travis Daniels wasted his redshirt to fill in at corner. Was an exciting time

Yep, they thought we had no chance. The cigars and orange roses they were carrying around made it even better. I remember Domanick Davis and Josh Reed playing with so much heart in that game and Jimbo calling a hell of a game with Mauck in there and no Rohan or Toefield.
