You still cannot just get that fancy with the playcalling with Sims out there.

it wasn't "fancy"

i know LSU fans are shellshocked at the forward pass, but a simple pass is not "fancy"

and that playcalling is exactly why Bama beat Auburn this year

Auburn had no idea that press coverage exists, and nearly everybody looked good against Auburn.

So..Ohio State can develop three (3) QB's in one year...and Les Miles CANNOT develop one (1) QB in Harris's three years...

Cam knows to keep his mouth shut and he can keep his job...

Miles time has passed him by...Say good-by Les

He might as well be rotting on the bench for 4 years. Start one damn game and benched rest of the season. LOL The point is Meyers would have developed him quickly.

That dude from OSU is huge and a Tim Tebow, Cam Newton type of QB and very different from our QB's, but you could tell he was young and took some coverage sacks due to lack of confidence.

That being said, this whole try BH then bench him reminds us ALL of the Lee/JJ mess where Lee starts and goes like 8-0 or something and throws 2 pics vs. Bama & is benched for the rest of eternity to go with mediocre JJ.... What?

None of us will ever forget or get over sticking with JJ all NCG vs. Bama and this has tainted us all on CLM's QB decisions. Just my 2 cents!

Harris is a true freshman.

You posted the same thing yesterday.

i don't know what that means, but i am impressed with what he did this year with a subpar QB

i'm defending his OC duties in 2014 through last night. this isn't a "saban" thing either...i was defending kiffin to bama fans last night

We were discussing lsu football now and pre saban. When we weren't a team loaded with talent it seemed more enjoyable. We weren't the favorite in most games and making bowls was fun. Now that we know we can compete at an elite level the games matter more. Seeing deficiencies that aren't corrected make seasons feel like wasted opportunities. Wanting and expecting your team to compete for championships every year has just taken the fun out of it....when the deficiencies continue to cost us makes it frustrating.

While I do believe that Saban is at least three times the head coach that Miles is, the only real difference in the two programs' success over the last 6 years or so is that Saban has managed to get consistent, stable QB production.

That is the most elusive thing to Miles.

Les is a lot like Charlie Mac. A good ole boy that will always play second fiddle to Bama.

he wasn't perfect

but bama went down, they came back, and then he had a killshot called that would have effectively ended the game

that's all you can ask for from an OC

Funny thing is LSU shut down Henry's big arse. I remember a hit Beckwith put on him at the goal ine that rocked his arse. Anyone else he would have just bulldozed his way into the endzone. Henry will be nothing more than a red zone back in the NFL. Brought in for that purpose.

I have never seen a Nick Sabin Team with so many players that played out position and then just gave up on the play.

#7 was the first player I noticed that gave up on multiple plays.....

I don't know how this team got to 12-1....

Their defensive backfield is horrible...
They were even worst with Collins out!

Alabama looked like a poorly coached team last night. Missed tackles, poor execution, bad game planning, playing hurt players!

Saban can only win with NFL players vs college players

Any of you self loathers realize Harris was just a true freshman this year? Damn, you act like hes been here rotting on the bench for 4 years.

So its ok because its only been one year? Some of you Miles sodomists need to realize the Harris situation isn't the problem, its a symptom of a much larger problem that's only gone on Miles' tenure and will continue as long as he is here. (insert gay smiley face thing)...

I guess the guy with the Tennessee Titan named Zach Mettenberger never played at LSU!

How many true stars does LSU have in NFL? Pro bowl players.
How many of them weren't stars at LSU?
