I'll take 7-1 at this point. Moar is good though!

This isn’t as fun as waiting on the Hawaii football game after midnight in 2003 following the SEC Championship because Hawaii had played USC and it affected the BCS computer rankings.

At least Stony Brook got a spot taken from them dubiously...

Would have been more without the stupid base running.

Sounds like another team I'm familiar with...

Thats not a problem relegated to lsu. Alot of teams have bad baserunning, watch more games and youll see it more and more

Damn , you just brought back some semi-PTSD... I can still remember listening to Hannigriff postgame radio show after we won SEC championship. And him giving updated scores because that game likely determined whether or not we would make the BCS championship game. Boise state was in control pretty much that whole game. It felt pretty much in hand but still nerve wracking at same time...

Nothing will ever top WVU/Pitt 2007

Dave Wannstedt will forever hold a special place in my heart.

A more fondly remembered coach in LSU history than Les Miles.

I was at Westin Peachtree bar after the 2007 SEC game. There were people sitting at the bar wearing Oklahoma and West Virginia tshirts. I told my wife (fiancée at the time), “imagine how great they must feel to be watching a game knowing they may play for a championship”. Then all chaos ensued. We boarded plane the next morning back to NOLA knowing we were in. Happiest plane ride of all time . All LSU fans. Atlanta back to Nola.

And this is the closer. Yay.

I know, Josh. Just a joke. I do watch a ton of baseball. Just been a tiresome season where that's concerned, ya know?

I'm finding it hard to believe this guy will make it 4 innings to finish it out

Feels like it'll be a struggle.
BTW, that park seems to have the least foul territory imaginable.
