OK we got beat today. That happens.
Now is the time for everyone to get behind this team and start a winning streak starting on Tuesday!

Couldn't agree more. Obviously the task just became harder, but this team has the talent to beat anyone. What's funny is how many fans will cash it in after game one, while at the same time disparaging the team for their lack of sack and intestinal fortitude.

Nope, sorry that boat has sailed. Just like our state of LSU athletics, we should be happy to just be here....clearly the players were and now have their minds on major league futures, obviously.

LSU 1 stud pitcher < Florida, Vandy, TCU have 3-4 studs. Our coach is more concerned with regular season titles. We can't win more than one game might beat Cal state fullerton by 1 run.

At this point, LSU has neither the pitching depth nor the bats to win out. They can do it if they put all the pieces back, but have been too inconsistent during the latter part of the season. They have the talent but are fortunate to be where they're at. A sub-par SEC tournament performance and struggles in the regionals is there.
