Yeah, but the computers would still favor Bama big time.

The computers sure do not respect the PAC-12. Nevertheless, I believe the gap between Bama and Oregon in the computers will decrease as Penn State (potential losses to Wisconsin and Ohio State) and Florida (potential loss to Florida State) continue to lose. Not to mention Alabama plays Georgia Southern next week which will not help its SOS.

Man, I just want LSU to keep winning.

Surprised to see Boise ahead of Houston in the AP. And I really hope that Boise doesn't find a way to sneak in to the 8 spot by the end of the year...

what's the chance of OU jumping to 2 if they beat OK ST- the computers should give them a huge jump for beating the #2 undefeated team

Humans will not want a SEC rematch

Actually they're unanimous in all three polls, AP, Coaches and Harris.

Instead of me starting another thread, how about you edit your thread title to show that for the first time in its history, the Harris Poll has a unanimous #1. The Harris poll doesn't take a vote after the bowls and even the 2006 Ohio State team failed to get every vote in the Harris poll, which means this is a first.

My thread title was edited by admins earlier today, so I'm pretty sure they have it how they want it.

ETA: Ohio State was a unanimous #1 in the Harris Poll during a few weeks in the 2006 regular season.

Probably not. Playing WKU probably hurt us in the computers. You need to be ranked #1 in five computers to have a 1.0000 BCS ranking.

Yeah, we probably won't be 1.000, though Oregon's win over Stanford helps us out in the computers.

Just like our win over Alabama helped them out last week.

Why? Would that affect LSU in some way I'm unaware of?

It would have NO bearing on LSU. Just exposing the weaknesses of their schedule.
