They should make them go out west somewhere (Arizona or Oregon) to face some of their transfer players after the Lotief-firing mass exodus.
I know they won't, but would be interesting.

LSU beat Texas A&M the first two games, and lost the third game. Excellent pitching and timely hits pushed LSU past the higher ranked Texas A&M team.
LSU had five hits in the first game, and 8 in the second game. In the third game, LSU had runners in scoring position, including one instance with the bases loaded, but were unable to score.
LSU has a home game against South Alabama Tuesday, then travels to Gainesville to be tested by Barnhill and Ocasio.
It sure would be nice to have a lefy pitcher to face Florida. Dewitt, Lorenz, and Kvistad all struggle with Lowary and Paige Parker, but LSU has no stud lefty to offer.
It will be interesting to see if LSU can exploit Barnhill's struggle with her throw to first base. Oklahoma did last year in the WCWS. I wonder, also, if they are going to start calling Barnhill for illegal pitches. Maybe Beth can check into that.
Arkansas follows, and they are a dangerous team to play. Two good pitchers, and a swing away offense, they can score runs. I sure we don't look past them.

Did anyone see what Candrea said about his transfer from ULL, Creighton? Talking about the way she bats, he said something like, "She's quirky, and then when she goes to swing, she gets all rinky."
Sanders and Creighton have had sub-par seasons at the plate, but I am not sure it's the Loteif batting system that has been the problem. Trying to do too much is what I saw when they played on TV.

In other news, Tim Walton just picked up a commitment from another 6th grader, class of 2024. Did it right before the new rule came into effect lol

Having the bases loaded was due to three straight walks.

Yep.
iIts common for pinch hitters to try to be impressive in their one chance at the plate in a game. They are learning patience. Sanchez gets up there to hit but she will take the walk if she has to.

Why do you have multiple accounts?
Posted on 4/23/18 at 5:54 pm to Tigerbait357
I have two. I tried to sign into one and it wouldnt work so i set up a second one. Then i realized that i had typed the wrong username each time it failed. I got BHS83 and BHS1983. Those are the only two. Same thing happened on Ultimate.
