If we are serious about winning these are the types of guys you hire. If he turns us down fine but why wouldn’t you offer him?

Thanks for the correction. For a moment I thought you were talking about Lorena Bobbit's friend.

No prior relationship with the football coach here. Also not a personality fit. Two non-starters.

Which goes to the “if we are serious about winning” comment, which we aren’t.

You from Ville Platte... are you an avid bass fisherman?

That’s about all I can add to this thread.

Koetter would be TREMENDOUS at developing LSU's QBs. Can you visualise Burrow in a Koetter scheme? He could be Jame is without all the unsavoury conduct. We could be talking Heisman!

Make it happen, por favor.

13th in PPG

last defensively.

their offense has the ball a ton in garbage time. Koetter has never been an inspiring play caller. Shoot higher

Because when he coached in “college” and ran ASUs offebse with limited talent over 6 seasons he averaged 420.6 yards per game including a high of 519.1 ypg. In the NFL as an OC he did a great job with the limited David Gerrard and developed Matt Ryan in Atlanta. He’s a great NFL caliber offensive mind and QB coach. Orgeron was terrible at his previous job but you still suck him off daily so why the double standard?

What’s your reasoning behind this? Serious question just want your thoughts. He was horrible in Tampa Bay.

No you don’t offer him an Aranda deal, offer him a Cam Cameron deal.

Low salary in years one & two, while the NFL is still paying him, then a big jump in year 3 when he is no longer on the Bucs books.

If you don’t offer him a competitive contract an NFL team will hire him.

Yes his head coaching run didn’t go well. He was tied to Jamies Winston who did have some promising stretches but is a problem child and turnover machine. They also have spent a ton on defense and even with a lot of talent that D has drastically underperformed. I’m talking about him as an OC which has produced very good results at both levels.
