I agree with you. Unlikely, but Champion and Russell are both all American and they remind me of playing football when I was 10.

Thant was then this is now - Champion doesn't make uniforms anymore, they're 100% urban streetwear.

Maybe a small portion. Most of it is made in China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Malaysia

This is mob rule dictating what a company does. In the end they can do what they want, but they’re doing it for the wrong reasons. And people can call it like it is. Nobody is advocating for them to be shut down, but why be in business with a company that has shown that it will fold like a wet paper bag at the whim of some SJW horseshite?

Adidas and UA are both better quality.
Nike uniforms are notorious for ripping and falling apart in all sports. Just Google it.

As long as it isn’t Jordan. Which Nike makes Jordan so that would just be a lateral move. I’m all for dumping Nike. Not crazy about UA uniforms though.

Yall realize every one of these companies would do the same thing. Fox News is not the market that makes them money. But by all means, let’s switch to New Balance.

Isn't Nike injecting politics into college athletics?

People need to chill with letting politics, and especially the political stances of large monolithic corporations, control every aspect of their lives.

I consider myself to be a fairly progressive guy, but do you think that stops me from enjoying a delicious Chick Fil A #4 Spicy Deluxe combo from time to time? Of course not.. because i have neither the time nor inclination to base every decision i make on stuff like that.

Seriously, this is one of the stupidest threads I ever saw on here. Well... That's saying a lot because there are a lot of stupid threads, but seriously. Nike is the top dog and probably offers the program more.

With that said, they have a contract with Nike so they can't just say "oh well, people on a message board is upset we use Nike so when the 18 wheeler comes in with all of their equipment this year, we are going to tell them to turn around".

Its business. If companies want you to wear their gear, you go with the one that can provide you with the most high quality products as possible.

Look, Nike is worried about ONE thing. Making money. The have a contract with Kaepernick because he has made them money. Sales went up when they did their first campaign with him. Love him or hate him, all it is to Nike is a marketing campaign.

It is actually possible to watch FOX News, turn away, and realize that the opinions they express do not require you to come to the Rant seeking urgent action. Things will be ok. Next time, if you can’t resist, go to the Politics board. There are others there who share your sense of imminent doom.

Under Armour sounds good to me.
I'll gladly purchase gear from them.
always thought Nike gear was for the tree huggers.
