First LSU/Auburn away game and strong preference to sit in an LSU section versus an Auburn section. I know there are upper sections and at least one lower section for LSU. I appreciate your help. Thanks.

I got some of the worst sunburn of my life sitting in the uppers there in 2004. The sun will be in your face no matter which section you are in

I was just wondering if sections 36 and 112 were the only 2 LSU sections for the game. I thought maybe section 111 or 113 might be LSU. Also, there might be another lower level section. Thanks.

Went in 08. Sat in uppers. Felt like I was watching from the International Space Station.

Do you know if 109 is an LSU section? There used to be a chart stickied in the Ticket Exchange that showed all of the LSU assigned sections for away games, but it hasn't been there for a while.

I ordered from the LSU ticket office so I’m assuming it’s ours.

Any restaurants or bars close to campus worth visiting on game day?

Not sure. This will be my first LSU Auburn away game as well.

sky bar and bourbon street are the two bars i check out. they are near toomer's corner.

restaurant wise it depends on when and where you are. if you are in town the night before check out Amsterdam Cafe. Byron's is also a good spot for bbq but is a drive from campus.

on gameday i'd check out mike and ed's. or halftime if you want a sports bar with lots of tvs.

The downtown area has a few options. Live Oaks (corner of glenn and college) has a pretty awesome outdoor bar area and the appetizers are pretty legit.
