nah, unwritten rule type stuff. Take your lump and work your way back up. You dont want to burn bridges.

1. I'm not sure Wade cares
2. Maybe with the NCAA, but not when questioned under oath

obviously

putting out statements like he did today hurts his cause. When he's forced to re-sign and LSU settles with him, then you'll realize how poorly he played this

You mean like the court system in America? You know, the one where you don’t have to prove your innocence. Yeah, I kind of like that system.

Only in a court of law, in this situation his contract with LSU, and whatever the standard procedures of the school and the NCAA are determine what is evidence, and what rights he has. Wade agreed to this when he took the job.

No one is arguing against that. They could have fired Wade because they didn’t like his haircut.

OUR ARGUMENT IS THAT IT WAS STUPID TO SUSPEND HIM UNDER THIS EVIDENCE. None of us are saying it wasn’t within their right to suspend him. They don’t even have to have a reason to do that. This was just a stupid reason to do it and an overreaction by the administration.

I love these replies, acting like he won't meet with LSU because there's nothing to deny. If he doesn't have anything to deny, he should be happy to have a very quick meeting to say there's nothing to deny, and then he'd be coaching us in the postseason.

There isn’t a power 5 coach out there that can deny the question “did your players get paid” without lying.

If what he were offering was not illegal, he would have met with whomever wanted, he would declare his innocence publicly, and he'd be coaching in the game tomorrow.

HE CAN’T TALK ABOUT IT, DUMBASS. He’s been subpoenaed by the FBI. There are certain questions he can not answer regardless if he is guilty of innocent.

God damn, you people are fricking ignorant as frick.

Will Wade was going to allegedly meet with LSU yesterday morning, which is how we know the subpoena stuff is bullshite

Wrong again, Short Dick. He requested that his lawyer be present, LSU postponed the meeting until later. His lawyer requested the questions be limited. LSU refused to limit the questions so Wade did not show up BECAUSE THERE ARE QUESTIONS HE CAN’T ANSWER DUE TO THE SUBPOENA.

I bet all these LSU fans saying this would be saying the same exact thing if these FBI wiretaps were about Saban, amirite?

And all the Bama fans who are screaming about Wade being guilty would be defending Saban.

It’s irrelevant.

When LSU is back at the bottom of basketball, maybe LSU will realize how poorly they played this.

if Will Wade were merely offering Smart a starting spot on the team, he wouldnt give a shite about a subpoena

Will Wade refusing to comment due to pending legal matter - If he were innocent he wouldn’t give a shite.

LSU refusing to comment due to pending legal matter - ???

You can’t be this stupid. I don’t know, maybe you can be. You obviously are doing a great job acting like you are.

That was an example I used. We all know he was talking about money. The issue is, you can’t prove it just with his statements on tape BECAUSE IT’S POSSIBLE HE WASN’T REFERING TO MONEY. It creates a shadow of doubt. That’s all that’s needed to be found innocent in court. You know, IF THE GLOVE DOES NOT FIT....

We all know OJ was guilty as hell. But it wasn’t PROVEN BEYOND A SHADOW OF DOUBT.

Then don't use stupid examples. Yea, we know he is talking about money. And i agree, it has to be proven. No one is arguing that with you.
