Lots of people have said QB. That's where I'm concerned but maybe for different reasons. I do believe that MB can make all the throws and has a cannon. I also believe that MB at this point will have a good grasp on how to run the O.
My question comes down to instincts, football IQ and wheels. I rewatched all of our games and what time after time jumped out at me was JB's unbelievable understanding of exactly what was going on around him at all times. How many times did he line up then change the play for a huge gainer? He sensed and then reacted to pressure like I have never before seen. If it was scrambling quickly upfield for a first or getting flushed, dropping a couple moves to buy time and deliver a ridiculous deep strike. Imo it would be silly to expect MB to exhibit these traits, traits that kept drives alive and most likely won us a game somewhere along the line. Does MB possess even a lesser version of these traits that were so critical to our success?

When was the last time there were back to back national champions in college football?

Do you actually expect them to say negative things?
When there is a question, you can tell by their statements.
They have raved about the quality depth at WR.
Center, not so much. There is still a question of who will step up at center.

We struggled a lot with tackling, injuries, and discipline.
Please give examples of how we struggled with injuries. Todd Harris went down early, but after that we were incredibly fortunate injury wise. Bottom line, you’re not giving real reasons like you said you would, you’re just being an pure homer. Which is fine, but call a spade a spade.
