LSU has to lie to portray an image that, clearly, isn't the real image. Why didn't LSU just airbrush out the big "0" on a picture of the scoreboard at the NC game, and replace it with "24." That way, LSU could have appeared as if they won.

No.
We've regressed back to the point where we should have been all along. The school shouldn't have any assocation with any religion because it is funded by the State and in this country there is a fundamental separation of Church and State. Somewhere over the years that line blurred, thanks a lot to Dwight Eisenhower, but it should not be that way. The founding fathers would lose their shite if they saw "In God We Trust" on our currency.

And I agree that they should've just used another photo because this one is too delicate either way. Which is sad, but an argument for another day.

So should the university not recognize religious student organizations? BCMs, Newman clubs and the like? I think this is dealing with a slippery slope.
Lets say those are fraterntiy letters, lots of fraternity has religious symbols/creeds/mottos.....ink those out too?

Completely unrelated. They are student organizations not university-run organizations. They don't support one particular student organization over another. They are all treated equally by LSU.

Please tell me the name of their "scriptures" and a quote from it describing the murder of "Westerners" as a pathway to heaven. I'll wait while you attempt to google it. Simply because you heard something on Rush doesn't make it true. The fact that you (a supposed Christian taught not to judge or hate?) would so easily hate an entire group of people and to do so based on lies is both hypocritical and honestly vile. Why is it that Christian's often times seem to have the least moral character among us?

If it was a bunch of frat boys wearing religious symbolism they would have removed that too. There is no secret conspiratorial double-standard by the university to remove all things Christian. Jesus next you'll be claiming the President of LSU is secretly a muslim and has no birth certificate.
