Such terrible reasoning. Les himself had never "recruited in the SEC" before he was hired here (nor did his predecessor). Why is that a concern at all?

Like I have said all along, Steele is not a top option, he is simply a target if we miss on our top choices. He seems to be dropping fast in our selection. From what I am being told he is not top 5
And from I can tell in the article, it seems like LSU could be considering Steele as a position coach, not DC.

Saying that there are concerns with CP recruiting in the SEC reminds me of what Casey Stengel said when reporters would say that Yogi Berra couldn't speak very well.

I really don't. The name was shock to me. I don't know the history with Miles & Steele, but it seems like his name has come up before - perhaps when we were interviewing for a DC in 2009.
