Honeybadger mutiple drug fails. No sweat continue to ball cause no one does it better. I wonder how many of those fails happened in 2011 when he was a Heismann finalist? yep it's all good.

A now LSU is a failure of a program and Mathieu is rotting away in a prison cell. How did we ever let the program get into this bad of shape.

I have stated that LSU doesn't even follow and enforce their own discipline policy and took the position that they should.

most teams, businesses, organizations, etc., don't follow their policies to the letter, the policies are in place to deal with the bottom 5-10%.

Good info and that always helps shed light on things to put in perspective. But not to be a stickler I just look at those names on those other schools list ad they dont ring a bell except for Barron at Bama. LSU on the other hand as had truly gifted players destruct hurting the program, but that info is always good to know.

look at all those arrests!!!1!!11!##$%%

I guess all of those football players knew Miles was sweeping drug tests under the rug so they went out and acted like fools and got arrested. I cant beleive we still had a football team after all those guys got arrested.

We gotta get rid of this Miles guy. LSUs graduation rate among football players being 2nd only to Vandy coupled with all these arrests.

NO CONTROL.

After the pounding I took yesterday, I'm ready to just blame the whole thing on Saban, use it as fuel next season, and move on with or without hill

So a company with over 100 employee has 1 employee each year that gets into a legal problem (drunk driving, fighting, etc.), does the owner of the company get blamed?

Maybe you should watch more football if you don't recognice Manziel or Damontre Moore.

funny, I recognize many of those names.

does it matter if the players are good or not? It shouldn't IMO.

Things might change.

So far, the evidence made public is the most sensational-- the video. It does not show the entire incident-- that would have been ideal, but not realistic. That is all most of us know. We haven't heard about any real evidence before the video starts --just forum BS. I won't pretend to know more, but...

There is a concept that is part of self-defense called "continuing threat" where the totality of the circumstances must be examined. Time to speculate...

IF the "victim" did instigate the physical altercation....

IF the "victim" issued threats, like "I will kill you..."....

THEN the "victim" after being dropped starts to get off the ground as shown in the video. Would a clever defense lawyer say "my client saw that as a continuing threat, and felt compelled to continue to defend himself."

SO, the theory is one continuing event, one continuing threat, so after the arse kicking, JH was still defending himself.

BS? Maybe. JH was in the wrong for hitting the guy as shown in the video? Maybe. If charged, would he get off? Maybe.

Discuss.

Not reading this whole thing but everyone knows the N-word yelling 'victim's' name is out there on Bleacher Reports and Tiger Hype on FB now right?

As is the guy who gave them the video.

It depends on what that one employee did. This isn't a one size fits all thing. If the employee gets arrested for drunk driving, the answer would be no. If the employee steals a million dollars from the company on the CEO's watch, then the answer is probably yes.

Mles should just put an end to this by banning these players from going to bars or clubs within the campus area. This hasn't just started happening it has gon on for awhile, and it's just time to stop the nonsense. Sometimes tough love is the best cure.

It's more complicated than just banning Tigerland, but clearly this is a recurring problem. It would seem LSU would want to place some constraints.

So wouldn't you agree that this is more like drunk driving than stealing a million dollars?

These coaches give these MEN a tremendous opportunity. They're grown MEN, and when they frick it up, it's on them. Not the coaches. PERIOD.

You guys grew up without getting into legal trouble because you had Dads. You don't think what will the police do if I get caught, you think what will my ole man do?

It is easy to preach about how these jocks are grown men, but most aren't . Most will get there, but some won't . Coaches are usually the best father figures some of these guys ever will have. They won't cut and run and the first sign
Of trouble, neither did you ole man.
