I've said this already...IF found guilty his probation will be extended probably to 3 years wIth a fine...I'm pretty sure original probation prohibited him from places that serve alcohol. .standard probation stipulation

In their slight defense in the previous one the injuries were more extensive and someone needed to be arrested. Still taking 50 pairs of shoes was ridiculous.
What make you think brpd had any choice but to arrest him? If the police were called and the guy that was hit said he was attacked and wanted to press charges brpd has no choice but to arrest him. Not like they can sweep it under the rug and tell the guy to frick off.

Police had no choice, BUT the DA does. They will look at all evidence and may dismiss charges if some of the things that have been said here are true.

Wrong try again. I love miles and defended him even through the worst. He has been great for the program and will continue to graduate the 2nd most football players in the SEC. A class act and great representative for our program.

And for all you gems out there who think getting oral by a 14 year old when you are 18 isn't a big deal, think again. You wouldn't want your daughter blowing an 18 year old. This girl's dad did the right thing
