You hydrate the 12-24 hours before a physical exercise. The hydration during practice is at best up-keep and a means to keep from cramping.

Severe dehydration is from the player's hydration habits throughout the day.

I was at a 7on7 tournament last weekend and they shot the field turf at 170*. People don't realize just how hot it is out there and how quickly you can dehydrate.

Guice needed some juice

Maybe too much sipping on gin. I heard he was laid back, had his mind on his money and his money on his mind.

Good to hear. Everyone should look out for people not realizing they are at risk to heat exhaustion. At work home etc.

You do realize the training staff can't force these guys to do anything on their off time. Even if it something as simple as drinking water. Heck, it's every human beings job to stay hydrated throughout the day. I'm not going to say that I've never been dehydrated before.

Catholic High coach Dale Weiner said he was told by LSU officials that Guice suffered “severe dehydration” but is now doing “well.”

Somebody won't be told the scoop next time.

This is great news. Nothing against D. Williams, but I expect Guice will be considered the #2 RB. On paper, Fournette and Guice could be the best "1/2 punch" in CFB this year. Fournette, Guice, Williams, Brossette, Ducre. SHHHHIIIT.
