How many losing seasons has Miles had?
Who cares???? How about winning 8-9 games at $4 million a year with this kind of talent?????
That's just not acceptable... Sorry Charlie... Sure Ricky can post all the stats and numbers he wants.... They are there... But since Jan 2012,LSU has fallen way behind Bama AND is now mixed in with the likes of MSU,Ole Miss,A & M , and Arkie... Just look at the records of those teams and compare them with LSU the last two years... Scary close to the same.....

Even in 07 With by far the most talented team in the Country, Miles found a way to lose to a lowly Kentucky Team(this is no joke) and LAST game of the year we are ranked #1 and all we have to do is beat Arkansas, and He even BLEW that, THEN IT TOOK all the stars and LUCK to line up to even gets us in that Title game, which another 10 teams were claiming the right to be there. He is not capable of wining a NC

Way to avoid the questions.
How about you list the nfl players miles walked into? You talk about saban taking over a team full of talent but not miles? The difference is saban took over a losing program and left it in a much better place than when he arrived...doubt the same will be said when miles leaves...tell me how he has improved the program other than wins and losses?
He beat Oklahoma twice and went 28-21 at ok st.
Is that program better with Gundy?

I would rather have high expectations and expect excellence than to be content with mediocrity.

I would have to go with:
1. Texas- flagship school of Texas, money, brand name, recent success and massive amounts of talent in state.
2. USC- name brand, tradition plus recent success, LA and in an area with great talent.
T3. Florida and Florida State- super talent rich state, recent success and name brand.
4. LSU- no instate competition for a major talent rich state, tradition with recent success and close proximity to other talent rich areas.
5. Bama- tradition and national brand with major success recently, decent state for talent and close to other talent rich areas.
T6. Ohio State and Notre Dame- tradition and fertile recruiting areas (Notre Dame for major national appeal) Recent success.

YEP and Miles best recruiting class ever before coming to LSU was 30th and I tell you that Hallman and Dinardo were better recruiters, it's a shame they didn't have the same advantages as this Guy with the staff and facilities
