Auburn has no business being in the top 25.

Notre Dame (a bit premature right now)

But isn't that every year too?

Notre Dame won 328 championships back in the day so they must deserve a preseason Top 25 spot every year.

Notre Dame being ranked in the Top 25 is like the World Series of Poker or the US Open, if you win it once, you get free entry for life, right?

And Oregon has no business being in the Top 10.

We'll take care of that on September 3rd

Have you looked at Stanford's schedule? No Utah or ASU on there conference schedule. They have one tough stretch in the schedule and it's late in the season.

Sept 3 vsSan Jose State ---Win
Sept 10 @Duke -- Win
Sept 17 @Arizona - Should be a Win
Oct 1 vs UCLA - Should be a Win
Oct 8 vsColorado - Win
Oct 15 @Washington State -- Win
Oct 22 vsWashington -- WA may surprise people but it's at Stanford -- Win
Oct 29 @USC 8:00 PM First toss up and it's at USC one week after WA
Nov 5 @Oregon State - Beavs are tough at home, still Stan should be favored
Nov 12 vs Oregon - Toughest game is at Stanford
Nov 19 vs California - Rival game at home
Nov 26 vs Notre Dame - Bye week going into bowl season (yea I don't think much of ND, bunch fo cowards ever since they played for a tie against Oregon)

Just a bunch of Pac-10 pussies and cream puffs

You're dismissed!

And you think they'd have lost that many if they played in the SEC or Pac-10?

What are you saying? They could easily lose 3 of their last five and possibly four. Don't let the greatness of Andrew Luck fool you.

LSU Football Team ranked # 4

Baton Rouge ranked # 5 with the sickest housing market in the entire US.

Ditto #24 Texas, who finished last season with an anemic 5-7 (2-6) record. Laughable, at best.

This. It has become apparent that Boise can indeed beat the likes of Oklahoma, Oregon, VT.....

However, it is only ever when they have 4+ weeks to prepare (ie: First game of the season or a bowl game). They may very well be able to be competitive in the PAC 10 SEC, ________. But until they play in a better conference, they should never be put in a title game ahead of an SEC/PAC 10 champ.

Imagine Oregon or LSU playing that schedule. Undefeated seasons every year for an eternity. The problem I have with Boise's schedule is that they have several virtual bye weeks throughout the season.

They get Georgia early (revert back to my comment about their 1st games). After that, they play Tulsa (virtual bye week). Then Nevada (Kapernick gone, another easy game). The next set of games, Fresno State, Colorado State, UNLV (three more virtual bye weeks). Then they play TCU, which I don't want to, but I will give you the frogs as a legit team. After that, San Diego State, Wyoming & New Mexico (Boise now has full blown diabetes from all the cupcakes)

If any top tier team from any of the BCS conferences played this schedule, they would be manhandled by the media, internet, fans, ________ for such a soft season.

Only two legit games: Georgia (who isn't exactly the cream of the crop for the SEC) and TCU (who we have yet to see play in a BCS conference), and they get them at home.

Look, I hate fBSU. However, to say they don't belong in the top 25 any more than Auburn is absurd. That was my point. BSU has tons of returning talent - Auburn doesn't.

YES!!! I think the SEC should start every season ranked 1-12. Other conferences should have to start at 13.
