Sounds to me like the band is planning on playing neck and Fking is saying please don’t say suck that tiger dick bitch in concert during the biggest nationally televised game of the day.
This game is no different than any other big game so this isn’t about opposing fan safety/experience.
Either way. Say it or don’t. Neck was fantastic in the early 2000s but now everyone is doing it. In the meantime, enjoy the piped in music.

and they quit playing it for a while, then brought it back after everyone forgot about it.
I still sing it to myself everytime i hear it. It's one of my favorites.
