GeauxLSUGeaux is obviously connected to these idiots somehow, when he is comparing them to the Golden Girls and GBFTL. Let's see, these students dedicate themselves all year preparing to represent the team and the university and are official CHEERLEADERS of the school.
The Pimps do it for attention. They come on here for attention. Plain and simple. Actually, the only thing I've heard from other teams' fans is how these guys are embarrassing to LSU. As a former graduate of LSU, I take pride in the fact we do have some intellectuals at LSU and not just party animals.

So when the band and golden girls take attention away from the game its ok? I love the band and GG's too. IMHO, these guys dressing up having a good time are "unofficial" cheerleaders of the school. They do nothing to hurt anybody and you know that.

I think they are great because I know a couple of them. Both are fantastic guys who think that dressing up and making a road trip is just a great time. Both guys are husbands and fathers and like to let go for a weekend at an LSU game.

are they using their love for LSU football to draw attention to themselves? Yes. I don't dispute that. I disagree that it somehow takes away from the football game b/c some 40 y/o men are dressed up like pimps.
If you're really missing the football game b/c you're staring at the pimps then thats just weird.
