It's true, but looking at the schedules of USCe/GumpNation, it'll be a tough road ahead. ATM and Bama play two top tier teams the whole season only.

Lol wut? Its safe to say Oregon had a better offense than us, problem was their d couldnt stop our shitty offense. D wins championships. Thats all there is to it.

I've said it all along. aTm is a one-year wonder. You have to earn it in the SEC, especially in the West...

I wouldn't go this far. They are building for the future with some quality recruits. They'll do okay after Manziel and Sumlin leave following this season. I see them regularly going 8-4 or 9-3 over the next several seasons.

I remember him more- sadly- for the way he sliced us up in the '05 SECCG... :-(

DJ was in on two or three plays in 2003, and it didn't turn out well for him. Then destroyed us in 2005.

Oh ok, yeah I remember now.

We'll see. We've never gotten the gift of a direct comparison.

Murray has quicker feet, but who wouldn't have benefited from continuity of remaining in a good program and consistently good QB coaching compared to shuttling off to the netherworld of JUCO ball and getting very average coaching the first two years at LSU. They both have good arms, Murray has a ton more big game, and SEC, experience tho. It would have been interesting at UGA if Mett hadn't been "processed" out.

I have been here in GA for a long time. And I hear it constantly. Almost got in a fight in that 2005 when they beat the snot out of us. But Tiger Pride prevailed! I try to keep up with the competition as much as I can and I have to agree with previous posters. Their D does not scare me one bit. Murray a little just because of his calmness on the field. But at the end of the day, I will be sitting in the stadium Screaming for the Tigers as we put the smack down on them!

Murray had a great year in 2012.

I'm all for Zack, but he was mediocre at best when compared to Murray in 2012.

None of us know what this year will bring and I'm hoping for a better offense, but Zack had problems last year that can't all be dropped on coaching or game plans.
