But we are not in the same situation as we were last year. We improved on Special Teams and Defense. Yes..the offense is terrible again....but to say the team is in the exact same shape as it was last year like many of you do...is ignorant and wrong.

Sorry, I agree about the special teams and defense, just have to get much better on offense or we are going down the same street, sorry.

Now this is very true. WV is a very very good team and we held them to 177 yards. Lets get pumped up guys on this and maybe it will carry into this week with a strong offensive performance.

If beating the UNC JV and WVU's and mid-to-low grade SEC's of the world are all we expect...then hello perennial 8-4 ... Chik-fil-A Bowl, here we come.
Our offense has GOT to improve if we are to have a chance with the remainder of our sked (minus the McNeese's and what-not)

WVU is the best team in a shite can conference. bill stewart is one of the few hc's i wouldn't trade les miles for. they are an ok team, but this is not one of rich rod's pat white/steve slaton teams. I will say the MSU win looks a lot better than i thought it would though.

I understand the issue of booing. But its hard to sit and watch a national championship type team be pissed away by 3 people. Jefferson, Crowton and Miles. People arent booing the team theyre booing the situation at qb and playcalling.

No, I just think there are good teams that play football that are not named Alabama and Florida. FYI, those two teams are 60-2 in the last two years against teams that are not each other.

i don't want us to just be good. i want us to be up there with uf and bama. we are a step below them lately with the rest of the "just good" sec teams. I know our program is capable of so much better.

No...bull$hit. Though I do think they're going overboard with the whining right now.
After the Ole Miss debacle (which the national media won't let us forget even if we wanted to), people were saying we'd lose to Arkansas and that there would be many no shows at the game.
I was there and it was a big crowd. I was even surprised. They got really loud when they were needed the most too. So I have to disagree with them not bringing anything to the table. Also, the game against NC looked like a home game there were so many LSU fans there. Ditto the Vandy game. And if fans travel that far to that boring-azz stadium, that's going above and beyond. That's the only place I've ever been (when I was a student) that didn't even feel like an SEC event.
