has anything been determined yet? or will that sort out on Monday/Tuesday of next week?
I have some English friends (who might know what American Football is, much less the collegiate game)coming to NOLA on that Friday and would like to figure out travel plans....basically, if a day game, spend Friday night in BR....if night do Friday in NOLA, Sat in BR....

It'll likely be a night game, but we will know for sure early next week.

Other match-ups that day are:
UGA vs Tenn
Miss St. vs Florida
Arkansas vs A&M
Thanks to Florida losing to Kentucky and Arkansas to Colorado St., there's a slight chance we could be the afternoon game. Tenn is garbage as well and could have 2 losses by then.
While LSU and OM are both likely to be 3-1.

8 p.m ESPN.
The final snaps being taken around 11:30 maybe later since Ole Miss airs it out like crazy, commercial breaks, reviews etc.

I’d legit contemplate not going then suck it up and go.

I can’t remember the year, early 2000’s, when I was in College, but we played Miss State at 11am, it was 140 degrees and we were all having liver failure from the night before.

It will be State and Florida. Mullen going back to Starkville is too hard to pass up.

solid analysis, but with LSU playing at 2:30 against Auburn, and likely at 2:30 vs. UGA, I'm hopeful the Ole Miss game is a night game.

Moved it to October 31 to honor Billy Cannon.

Even with Tennessee being bad, they have always loved the UGA Tenn game and could pick it up on CBS for that reason alone especially with Georgia being a potential playoff team again.

True but I think there is still a limit on 2:30 games right?
Or is it just a limit on the early game.

In 2011, all of our SEC home games were during the day.
They obviously didn't care then, we'll see if anything has changed since then.

If I was young and in my prime, I’d do my best to rage all night and morning going into that 11 a.m game then crash after it.

I predict a 2:30 kick off.
