3 teams they have played (Ark, KY,. Tulane) average over 200 yds per game rushing.

LSU sits at close to half of that.

The question is just how bad are we rushing or just how bad are they at defending the rush?

We will see this weekend.

yup

the rubber hits the road

something will have to give

if we can run we can win.

if not............................i can see a 27-24 game. but stranger things have happened in this series so who knows.

So we can expect OM defensive numbers to improve this weekend.

OMs opponents' opponents are not good.

E. Mi
Toledo
Memphis
Ar st
Al a&m
Duke
S. Al
Northwestern

LSU
Syracuse
@ga tech
@miami
Usf
NM st
S. Miss

Pretty big difference

Something else I noticed is that on OMs next to last td against ark, there was a pretty clear WR pick on 3rd down. Maybe they go on to score but it would have been 3rd and goal on the 16. Otherwise, they might get a fg and still lose to ark at home. Iow, they squeaked by an underwhelming ark team whereas it turns out Florida's defense is pretty salty.
