The motions are to identify the defenses and it obviously worked.

Obviously. We were last in the SEC in red zone efficiency.

Is Maryland where old LSU offensive coordinators go to die? Les sent Crowton there, and that didn't exactly work out for the Wizard.

Horizontal stretches didn’t work? They also didn’t help the north south game? Really? You didn’t watch a single play last year. You’d rather stay in a phone booth like miles huh?

Yeah that had nothing to do at all with the shite load of missed field goals.

Which offense did better against Bama- Canada at Bama in 17 or Einsminger (with more talent) vs Bama at home?

Go back and watch the film. The jet sweep worked like a charm, we averaged close to 7 ypc with it.

The Oline shifting got to be ridiculous but the WR motions were effective.

Can you tell me one team from junior high on up that doesn’t use motion?

Yey, our offensive production was at a three year low but we lost better against Bama.

His offense seems so lame when I think about it now lol. Let's run a kid in motion 6 times to tire himself out before we even snap the ball. What a dork.

You prove every day here you don’t know shite about football and I’ll bet u never played. Your ignorance of football and it’s concepts and laughable definition of suck prove my claims about u. Run off to the OT where u may know what ur talking about. Now shoo fly!!! You are not worth my time ANYmore.

Please tell us all how running motion back and forth or putting tackles in motion reveals coverages any more than the motion that the rest of the football world runs.

This should be genius.

I've been saying this. You can't run that crap in the SEC.

Well, when you flip the tackles, it does force the defense to show their hand a bit.

Teams usually run to a certain side, which means they run behind a certain player. They also tend to put their best pass-blocking tackle on the OB's blind side (LT for a righthanded QB). Conversely, the defense will put the best pass rusher over the QB's blind side. He likely will be lighter and not stand up to the run as well as the other DE, because he's more of a quick guy.

Flipping the tackles could leave the defense facing a mismatch against the run, so they'd have to swap the ends, or cheat over with linebackers to cover that. You're forcing strong- and weak-side guys to swap roles... or to swap sides of the field.

Who’s responsible for covering ineligible receivers? Moving tackles does nothing to reveal pass coverage. Canada motioned tackles to create an unbalanced line the same way that Miles used additional TEs. All we ever did is run behind the unbalanced line. Defenses used to laugh at Miles’ offenses saying that if you wanted to know where the ball was going, watch the TE. The tackle motion was no different.

You’re right Canada sucks. He’s been terrible everywhere obviously and the shifts are retarded.

Who hired him?

Linebackers cover a lot. If you can force the defense to shift to prevent a run mismatch, you can then pull guys out of coverage position. If you can read where the LB can't cover, you can anticipate where the safety and corner have to correct. Depending on which backer move and where, you can tell if it's likely zone or man, where the holes will be, etc.

LB don’t cover ineligible receivers, no one does- they’re ineligible. It wouldn’t matter if tackle motion did reveal pass coverage because we ran out of the formations created with the tackle motion.

The back and forth receiver motion was to feign jet sweeps, no to reveal coverage. Fat Bastard loves to tell everyone how dumb they are because they ostensibly don’t know that motion reveals coverage. Everyone know that it does, Canada’s wrinkles on motion had nothing to do with pass coverage.
