I have a game football from the 1959 season, with LSU branded on it, and all three teams, White, Go and Chinese Bandits names. Not autographs, just names inked in white on the ball.
I believe I have the signed version of yours.
Post some photos

My two favorite possessions are probably team signed balls. I have one from the 07 football team and a baseball from the 17 team.

And for giggles, a Christmas card my Grandparents got from
Coach Dietzel. They were season ticket holders for over 60 years.

Very cool piece. I like Chinese bandits styled lettering that was done for that squad. I’d love, but know we never will, bring back that moniker.
Here’s mine. The squads and names are embossed, and the players autographed below.
If you ever want to part with yours, let me know.

Those are awesome!
And yes, the Chinese Bandit lettering is pretty cool.
Not sure I could let go of that thing man! I’m amazed that it never got used in a pickup game. We were forbidden to touch it growing up or else!

Would like to see some yalls collections if you'd like to post pics.
Also would like to know how/where to find stuff I'd like to get my hands on. Just graduated a few years ago and would like to start my collection.
Looking for framed newspapers from the baseball world series wins, mini-replicas of the football championship trophies, anything having to do with the game of the century win in Ttown.

I can post some and maybe keep this thread bumped. Honestly, I came about most of my stuff from family members. Grandparents followed the Tigers from the 30's through early 90's when my grandmother just couldn't make it to games anymore. Got stuff from my dad, and I also collected stuff from the 60's on.
I'm 60, so, I've had some time to accumulate a lot of stuff! As the poster below says, eBay and CraigsList are good starters. Also, garage and estate sales. The Antique Tiger i know got a lot of stuff this way.
Keep hunting. Good stuff is out there.

This thread actually got me motivated.
Just went to ebay the found sports illustrated "See You Later Gators" for $5. Scooped it up and am going to frame it.

Does anyone have any LSU items for sale?
Posted on 12/17/18 at 10:47 pm to RoyBoy2323
It depends on what you are looking for. There are some super collectors out there like Olegreg and a few others. Each person has certain things they like to collect - pennants, game worn uniforms, helmets, programs, cards, pins, oddball stuff...
What exactly are you looking to buy?
