The west coast thing is my only hesitancy on Johnson.

6. I guess Vitello so this board will stop fellating him once he loses his first SEC series and the midweek to South Alabama

I 100% understand why everyone wants Corbin as their first pick. But I dont. I am not sure that he is as successful elsewhere.

There are some great assistant coaches who are in Omaha that I’d be very pleased if we hired.
That being said...I don’t think that’s Woody’s MO. I still really like Godwin, but I think he’s only hired if Woody strikes out on some bigger targets. I can’t see Corbin at 59 and doing quite well where he’s at, picking up and moving to BR. I could see Vitello, McDonnell, Johnson or Godwin being the guy..and I’d be happy with any of them really.
