Yeah. That's the problem. Coaches aren't angels and they use every edge possible to win. Sometimes they cross the line, with or without the involvement of their superiors. Maybe an office and a university that directs 16 division I-A head coaches who have an insane drive to win should contemplate and be better prepared for one of them to get caught crossing the line.
If there was a meeting and this was their plan, well, then heads need to roll.
