LSU's offense will excel in direct proportion to Les Miles' uninvolvement
Some of you seem to forget that pounding the rock worked wonders for us for the 2012 regular season. Hell go look at how many ranked teams we embarrassed.

The problem is actually getting into the playoffs. I hate to break it to you guys, but if you think more than one SEC team is going to make it into the playoffs, you're crazy. Only the SEC champion will make it in.

The playoffs will quickly devolve into a share the wealth scenario for the conferences. There's nothing the other conferences want to do more than lock an SEC team out of the playoffs, and they will do it. Watch.

fade down the stretch.

2005 no

Huge struggle at home with sorry Arkie team, then blown out in SECCG. Did rebound well in the bowl, but regular season was a fade.

2007 no

Again, that team was struggling late in the season. More of a struggle than expected against a really bad Ole Miss. Loss to Arkie. Big struggle against a Tennessee team we should have handled easily. Again, rebounded in the NC game, but for the last few games of the season, this team was a shadow of its September and October self.

2010 is a no

Almost lost to Ole Miss. Did lose to Arkie. Again, rebounded in the bowl, but faded toward the end of the regular season.

2011 can be argued, but i dint call being undefeated sec champs fading

If you say 2011 wasn't because of how we did prior to the NC game, then the others above were because of how we did prior to the bowl/NC games.

2012, passing offense got better, passing d faded.

2012 did what every LSU team under Miles has done when it lost to Alabama. Quit.

this team will consistently be in the playoffs

I know there will be a committee and not the BCS, but LSU has entered the postseason ranked in the top four in the BCS once since 2007. I don't consider that consistent.

This.
Only in rare circumstances will 2 SEC teams make it. The name on your jersey will also play a part in making it.(like 2011)
