I’m talking about ranking nationally. BK is 6-10 every year and yes LSU has recruited players from all over the country. Where have you been

I know that you are talking about an LSU paid guy, and I can't remember his name, but this guy right here....

We are one of the richest athletic programs in the country. Also have plenty in the coffers for NIL related offers. T

"one of the richest" If you are grading to level of 15-20 richest then yes, we probably are. If you think we are Top 5, I don't think so.
Not only do you have traditional athletic powerhouses that have big athletic budgets, but also schools that haven't "gotten into the game yet" but that have large or very wealthy alumni bases. And then there are the Texas Tech's that are marginal but have 1-2 alums who are hella wealthy and all of sudden wake up to " I can make us a contender by big donations". It will get even more competitive at the top unless we salary cap the Rev Sharing and direct NIL giving. THen more schools can compete and then we will get back to coaching, player development, relationships and recruiting bases. That's what we want for LSU IMO.

Recruiting has never been the problem. Coaching has.

13 out of 23 commits from just this last recruiting class came from out of state. LSU has always recruited nationally.

Where is all this money coming from?

Louisianans doing what Louisianans do best….pooling together.
It helps when you’re the only major football program in the state, too.

LSU isn’t near the top in recruiting nationally since BK has been here in the NIL era and that’s with some of the best recruiters in the country on staff

This post is a good reminder for everyone here there are people on this board arguing that don’t have a single fricking clue about what they are talking about. What a stupid post.

Aside from the fact that many of the elite football players reside in the southeast, which makes your statement partly true, I will add that our two recent Heisman winners are from Ohio and California respectfully, we had the number one qb from Michigan committed until some billionaire threw a huge bag at him, and have cherry picked players from all over the country. But yes, LSU’s location means that they can get most of their recruits between Texas all the way to Florida.
