ULM has been better than tech lately. Ull is nearly the same size as tech and ULM combined and is a sleeping giant. They could claim to be better lately but got skull drug by tech last year . I believe they play again this year and it should be interesting to see how that goes. Tulane has been horrible lately but is obviously in a much better market and has more history than all of the above. Tech's refusal to play ULM has not created the separation they wanted from ULM. IUlm and tech could be the best rivalry game in louisiana as LSU is far and away the best team in the state. Lsu vs. state schools has not been very interesting for many years.
