LSU has never beaten that school from Alabama in football

per the Advocate this morning. Had to laugh. Oh and one. The sad part is we are only going to be .500 against them after the game. Damn Saban. LOL. The article also stated that numerous fans were callin go for Saban to be fired after that game. Hindsight.

Promptly goes out and beats Tennessee, and IIRC, a rank State team later in the year. May have been back to back.

*** 42 that's the number of regular season non conference wins LSU has in a row. ending back in 2002 when the Tigers traveled to Virginia Tech (coincidentally the very game the RPH Tailgating Alliance started.
*** 37 that's the number of non confrence opponents LSU has beat in a row in Tiger Stadium. Ending in 2000 vs. the University of Alabama at Birmingham (coincidentally the very team the LSU tigers play tomorrow)
213 that is the number of games in Tiger Stadium since an LSU player has returned a Kick Off for a touchdown (not since "ET" Eric Martin returned a kick in 1981 vs. Kentucky)
