This fricking thread again?

I know it has been posted here ad nauseam but I posted this to show it is being covered somewhere other than the Rant.

They are in the process of raising more money for Mike's habitat. I hope they don't get a dime until Mike shows back up at the games.

I feel like we just updated that habitat. Does he now need a big screeen tv or something?

Yeah, so he can watch the game.

Because Mike is smart enough to know if he gets in that little cage he will be stuck in it for way too long and have to listen to 100k people screaming at the top of their lungs, which cause human ears to ring. I fully suspect he sees that cage and thinks to himself, "they are out of their damn mind if they think I'm getting in there."

Is this Mike the first to figure this out? Get the Tiger in the Stadium.

Because LESS refuses to give our backup QBs a fair shake and meddles in the offense

I would say stick Mary Landrieu in the cage (the ole "two birds with one stone thing"), but I fear that the tiger would be more adamant about refusing out of sheer disgust.

Jesus. That kitty makes the University millions in merchandise sales. LSU Mom and Dad take their wormy 2.2 kids to habitat, see tiger, go to gift shop, buy $327.00 of LSU licensed merch, repeat thousands of times a year.

And all that beautiful money without the PR risk of forcing the tiger into a cage.

Just go to the goddamn zoo and borrow one of their tigers. People act like "Mike" the Tiger will be traumatized beyond belief if he has to be put in a cage and driven around the stadium 7 days a year. It's not as if LSU goes to India the day before and game and captures a wild tiger just to make a spectacle out of it.

Yes. I'm sure that isn't offset at all by the cost of maintenance and upkeep

The habitat was built at no cost to the university. And every time there is a major cost associated with the habitat donors pick up the tab.

Don't jump on Mike's sh*t. Blame Peta. They can only put the cage in front of him, they can't do anything to coach him into the trailer. So if the fat cat don't care to go he don't have too. They are the same people that are harping on the "Tiger 1 Stop" out on I-10 heading west.

For a person of my means and that is not much, I have donated quite a bit of money to that habitat. Not a penny more until this jerk handler gets fired. This is ridiculous...8 times a year? The Tiger cage is a tradition...Both my daughters rode the cage as cheerleaders and consider that experience a treasure. This is all about the handler...screw PETA.
