Looking forward to the improvements. I definitely believe they are telling the truth this time!

Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.
Fool me 10 years in a row, and I’m watching LSUs offense in the spring.

It's April.
LSU has a new offense, its going to be great!
Look for a real passing attack and some four receiver sets.

Going to be the Air Raid out there, but with a punishing run game to boot! Just you wait! Sure O kept E on as OC, but he brought in a guy from the Saints who isn't OC, but will apparently be acting like an OC and don't worry there won't be too many cooks in the kitchen. We comin'.

I was very sceptical but what I saw in the spring game I hadn’t seen from LSU..well..ever.

And they really didn’t use the QB option at all for safety reasons. The defense knew the QB wasn’t getting the ball.

This offense could be really good with all the talent.

Yes this has been the same story every year, but if you didn’t see a clear difference at spring game and during practice clips then you know nothing about scheme. Even in the spring game we barely opened it up and didnt run like any RPO. It is completely different than years past. Will it be successful? That’s still to be determined. But Coach O is trying to change the offense which was something that Miles never did.

You’re really blaming ensminger for our offensive struggles over the last decade?

What LSU offensive coaches on staff have been there longer than E?

Was a damn TE coach before

Definitely means he was the best option to take over and modernize a consistently stagnant offense.

Just cause he’s been here the longest means we blame him for all the failed offenses of the last 10 years? You obviously no nothing about how the coaching hierarchy works. And no i don’t think he was the best option to modernize the offense but that is clearly why we brought in young joe brady

To be fair, the tight ends have been pretty arse his entire tenure.

I’ll give you that. But that still has a lot to do with the scheme. We’ve used our TE as blockers for the most part. We haven’t used them as pass catchers in a long time

The gameplan will be: Show off high powered offense to get a 3 score lead, then Power I until the other team makes it a close game and we barely win. This has been LSU's MO for the longest.

When was the last time the QB situation was this stable?

Honestly, the offense would be dramatically better, even if we kept the exact same playbook as last year because we return the whole offense and improve the RB position and probably OLine.

To be fair, were we not supposed to believe it when we were told the WR position was our strength last year?? Or was it just that they could identify our strength and then not be smart enough to use it
