LSU football 2025 question

So since Sam Houston state plays @ Hawai’i in 2025 , since lsu is scheduled to play their conference opponent western Kentucky, is lsu able to play Western Kentucky during week 0 since its opponents Sam Houston is playing at Hawai’i or does lsu have to play Sam Houston to play during week 0?
