Reasons why Desean Smith won't be a NFL tight end:
-Limited production in college
-Poor performance at Pro Day
Reasons Desean Smith is awesome and will make Greg Olsen expendable:
-Severely underused (allegedly)
-Calf injury (allegedly)
I live in the real world so I'll stick to what I've already stated. Carry on dweeb.

Peterson 39 receptions, 459 yards, 3 TD
Smith 19 receptions, 325 yards, 1 TD
Peterson 4.76 40, 36" vert, 18 bench reps
Smith 4.95 40, 28.5" vert, 13 bench reps
Peterson is better in every aspect and has never recorded a catch in the NFL.

No one on the board is calling him a super star who is going to have some great NFL career. They simply said he was underused at LSU and has a shot of making a roster.

I too would have loved to see Smith play in Canada's offense because he would have had the ball thrown to him a whole lot more than 10 to 12 times like someone posted earlier. lol That's ridiculous to be used that minimal.
