porter and mccartney shouldn't be too questioned (with recruiting playing a large part in this), imho. they're the only ones who i don't think can be really criticized at this point (we have developed RBs and WRs also)

there are 5 positions on the OL
black and hitt have started since 2007
barksdale got a TON of PT in 2007 and was starting last year
t-bob has been our C in waiting since we recruited him
that's 4/5 positions

les is a guy who will have a staff that recruits well, but fails at developing the talent fully and making sure those recruits do the "little things" and stay on top of all the details of a football game. the zooker is the best example i can think of in recent CFB
