If Bolden is number 1 I think he looked really comfortable...

Agreed Bolden looked crisp and on point. Very good for a 1st day on a new campus and new offense... Look for him to make strides in the next few weeks..

I think they both look good. One or more of the three will turn out to be a very capable backup to Met.

Loved how he threw the guy low and away on the slant to protect him from the LB that would be patrolling the area.
You mean when he threw the ball to the ground and the receiver had to dive for it?

they both looked the same, some decent throws, some bad. Of course a nice 15 second clip is only going to find everyones bias
Bolden did have the nice look on the middle screen, but damn that is a stretch.
If either one is forced into significant playing time we are probably screwed anyway.

Bolden has a REALLY high release on his throws, but hey, he keeps the nose down and gets it to the receiver. Better than I expected.

Dillon Gordon is a big TE with good hands. Hope he can work his way into some playing time.

Yeah, he has that Brockers "Wow" factor when he reported.

I really don't think Bolden is going to struggle as bad as everyone thinks.

quick release and strong arm.

Bolden actually looked pretty smooth. He looks very comfortable and natural throwing the ball. This is only practice, of course, but his delivery looks very smooth.

Bolden looked really good throwing the ball. Accurate, nice spiral, and all his throws had a sinking motion to them. Loved how he threw the guy low and away on the slant to protect him from the LB that would be patrolling the area.
I think you're thinking of randall

Bolden had a 3.4 average at penn state. He's an intelligent player. He threw the ball well, expect him to be a good back up. He'll see playing time in clean up or if mett gets hurt.
He could do very well if called on. He wasn't playing with such great players at Penn State. At Lsu if he has to play he will have the best rec core, best O line , and best tailbacks in the country.
He's not a threat to Randle he's a Jr. Randle could start as a Jr..
