While this is true, these kids never know who will be their position coach a year in advance. They like the school, trust the head coach (no guarantee with him either), and the opportunities available there.
Will this be an approach taken by competing staffs, of course. In reality, it is not that big of a deal.

It sounds like they expect Lindsey back at some point, I dont think they are looking for a replacement right now. Williams I'm sure wouldnt leave nis high school team for a temporary gig like this if thats the case.
