O-Line looks thinner than I realized.

Is Kimo now exclusively a tackle or could be play guard?

He will be the starter at Sam, but this only shows the Nickel formation.

You honestly believe that HP40 wont be a starter in the Nickel Formation which we play 80% of the time? Your depth chart is not correct no matter what formation we line up in. 2 certainties for 2023 are Wingo and HP40 on the field at all times unless they are hurt or tired.

I don’t get the down votes. It’s not a bad stab at it. They are playing HP40 even if it is at safety darn near every play.
I actually was felling pretty good about the roster …… until I saw this. We have great starters nut boy on paper we are weak deep.

Defensively I think it should be smith and Mingo at the ends with guillory/Jefferson at nose and Saivon Jones should be our Jack.

I agree with this. In almost every game on third down, I’d see a tackle being pushed into the quarterback and go,”Goddamn , who is that at end?” It was Wingo every time. He looks good at end.

• Mac Markway will see reps immediately in the 2-Tight formation.
Taylor and Markway in 2-Tight End sets......

What do all the fartknockers say on here? (LSU Stacked. SEC Fricked)

Offensive Line:

* Zalance Heard should be listed on both the Left and Right Side. He's not going to replace Campbell at LT unless there's an Injury. He should probably be getting time at all the OL positions except Center, since he's got the physical tools to play. We'll have to wait and see if he picks up his assignments quickly like Campbell did. You never know if a Freshman OL can come right in and get the mental part down fast enough to warrant immediate playing time.

* Fitzgerald West will eventually wind up on the Defensive Line permanently IMO.

* Neither of the two freshman OL's from Georgia were offered scholarships by the the University of Georgia. Why not?

* There's still not enough quality depth on the OL at LSU. It's improved, but still not there yet. (Waiting to see what some of these OL's that visited this past weekend are going to do)

* Garrett Dellinger's younger brother Cole signed to play at Michigan.State. What's the attraction of wanting to go play in that impending Mel Tucker disaster? (Except for being close to home) Bad job by Garrett in recruiting Cole to LSU. LINK
