RBs after CEH are listed alphabetically with an - or -, it’s been like that a while if not all year.

Yes I know that, but why is he listed as “or” when he’s clearly been #2 the second half of the season?

The RB position has remained the same every week, with the exception that Lanard Fournette was removed when he left the team.
CEH is the starter, and everybody else is listed according to seniority and then last name.

Marcel Brooks has not been listed all season. He is sort of a "package" player. This Depth Chart satisfies the minimum media requirements. How often does LSU run a plain old 3-4 run-stopping defense?

I checked. He’s there. He’s not listed because he’s a specialist, used in certain packages.
