Bama was second. We also led the nation in TD's per game at 1.3 while Bama was second at 1.4. If this is already posted I didn't see it.

Bama sucks. We gave up 1.3 TDs per game and they only scored 1

Bama played a tougher schedule and more games. This comparison doesn't work.
LSU had a great defense regardless.

Most people probably don't realize how sick that is. 16 TDs in 12 games. That's ridiculous.
And to think there were people blaming the Wisky and Auburn losses on Aranda and the defense.
Shitting on literally the best scoring defense in the country.

TDs given up. Whatever. You know what I mean.
To your point, OK. Shitting on literally one of the best scoring defenses in the country.
Happy?

To bad the offense couldn't carry its end of the load....

Those stats make the season seem like even more of a disappointment.
What a wasted year!
Thanks Les
Anything remotely looking like an offense would have been good enough to win against Wisconsin and Auburn and getting Fournette injured in preseason camp was pitiful and is on Miles.

The majority of those happened in College Station.
Don't care though, as long as that scoreboard read
LSU 54
A&M 39

That's cool and all but Bama did play 3 more games than us lol. But we can keep the moral victory.
Down votes coming my way

Most of the 16 were against that garbage of a team called A&M.

This is a great statistic and I'm so glad we have Aranda and what will surely be a dominant D in 2017. What is troubling is the fact we lost 4 games while only giving up 16 TDs. I have faith that Canada will not let that happen in 2017.

That's cool. Travis Henry had 3 more games than Fournette to be the leading rusher in 2015. Still counts.

Dude has been at Tennessee forever.

Even more remarkable is that LSU gave up a total of 3 TDs, combined, in the four losses.

With that defense, 4 losses is just that much more to accept.
Posted on 1/11/17 at 1:47 pm to Mie2cents
We also played 3 less games than Bama.
Still and impressive feat
