I have a question for VC.
If I understand you correctly, you are postulating that something happened with TM beyond the failure of a third drug test. But the school is concerned (either for privacy reasons or compliance purposes) that it cannot make any statements publicly that would confirm this because the ramifications to the school and the program are not good.
I would agree that this is a plausible explanation for lack of transparency throughout the process and the Herb Vincent insta-correct of Bo.
My question is this: How much of this is fact and how much of it is deduction?
I would assume you are not Les Miles or in the administration. But that you have a source who is privy to some set of facts that he has shared with you. And would assume you have taken some of those facts and put "two and two together." I just want to know what the facts are v. what you've surmised based on the facts.

would be a terrible decision, imo...and obviously miles feels the same way. He needs to go d2, stay clean the rest of the year....and go in the 2013 draft. I would think with all the idle time TM would have over the course of the next year.....it could potentially be a very bad situation for him to sit out. JUST MY OPINION....based upon what has happened over the past year or two.

So now some random guy from Lafayette chimes in with his source shite. This is one of the craziest things I've ever seen on the rant.

we will all find out for sure in a few days but as of now he is sticking with lsu and letting lsu help him. not saying that couldnt change but that is the status right now

If he really wants to change and better his situation and himself long term, lsu is the place for him to be. He needs to learn how to make better decisions.

You seem credible - what exactly precludes him from returning to LSU? For those of us who read the LSU Substance Abuse Policy that doesn't seem to forbid him from returning. Is this Les's decision, Alleva, etc?

I just wanted to share info I found out. It's fine. Majority of the people are just pissed/upset with the situation.
I am just trying to send out the info I heard from within the program. I found out the TM7 dismissal actually from a source close to Nicholls as well 5 hours before it was announced.
