You will need to speak with someone in Trademark Licensing, which is within Finance and Administrative Services.
There is a process you need to go through, but if you want to get it fast tracked... you need to know someone within FAS.
ETA: Reading the website further...
In the mission statement it says, "No person shall use for any commercial purpose any name, work, symbol, or device or any combination thereof which so resembles the official name, symbol, seal, or logo of an educational institution as to indicate that the person represents a public institution, except with the written consent of the public institution."
A few notes from that... You are not using it for commercial purpose, but LSU might consider NASCAR to be using it for commercial purpose if you win.
I don't know if the Tiger Eye is the "official name,symbol, seal, or logo" of LSU, but you called your car "LSU Tigereye." Which could then be considered a component of the official name.
You should also read the the "Technology Transfer" section on the PDF of the mission and policy page.

Dont get to design the firesuit. It makes it base on the hood/nose of the car and the top 2 colors used on the car

Thanks. I will get to working on that right now but in case they nix it, i have been working on another one without any potential copyrighted or trademarked LSU logos (the colors and paint scheme are about the same just had to take the picture with my phone's camera which sucks) (thanks to blueridgetiger for making the tiger graphic purple and gold for me):

Best i could do with an unofficial graphic and stay pretty true to the original scheme. again this is just in case LSU decides to go against the primary car that is up for voting now
