Its the last 4 years, there has been a considerable drop off since 2011...but, thats not what this thread is about. I want Miles gone yesterday, but not in this way, its not a good look and Miles deserves better

Lol. No coach would want to come to LSU after watching the school run off a coach who lost two games

It amazes me how stupid some of you are. Yeah, no thanks to $4 million+ a year, plus a huge buyout if I get fired. Please.

Besides that, everybody knows the real reason he would/will be fired. He can't handle Bama.

Just quoting someone else, but I am wearing a Saints hat.

Miles already said it ... NEED (as opposed to want) for victory is sincere.

I'm definitely not denying that there is an end game to the comments and some type of ploy once I think about it, I just don't think it's the right way to air something out like this.

We all want what is best for lsu. I can't see this ending in a way that shines light on lsu in a good way.

I understand ... a lot of considerations, existing/future coaches, early recruiting, etc.

Glad it's not my problem.

Please let it be so. Although, we have nothing to worry about after that shitshow tomorrow.

This. Based on the last two games, the team has appeared to quit. I don't think we are gonna play well today.??

This is incredibly stupid and arrogant of the board member, and unfortunately it reeks of classic Louisiana politics.

If this goes down, I think we're going to end up horrified with our new hire. Who do people want? Do they want the next Saban? Well, for one thing that guy hasn't come along in the past 20 years, unless you count Meyer as that. And if so, you realize a Saban type will have the same attitude as the original- LSU is going to be a stop in the road, and if he has the success we all want, he'll use that success to get the job he really wants (just like Saban did).

If you're looking for a guy who would stay here, I seriously doubt there's another who would be as successful as Miles. Those guys have likely already found their place; and a new up-and-comer would risk setting the program back while he adjusts to the scale of the SEC.
