Alan Bishop. He builds those guys into monsters across the board, every year.

Sampson recruits monsters. You think the strength coach is the reason they are a big and tough basketball team? Really?

Yes. I have been following him for years. Go look at the before and after pics he posts

Or maybe we could just simply look into a new HC

Kelvin Sampson recruits players that perfectly fit into his coaching style. The players have to play bigger than their given positions.

Why would he leave they’re a potential final 4 team, if you think it would be money- NO - spend that on players, we need players

Damn that is impressive
In just 3 months

Maybe they should look into replacing a few "fans"

Will he bring the Steroids with him?

There’s nothing natural about building that kind of strength in just three months

Well, of course there is no way to know for sure. And if so that would be NCAA’s job to catch them. He is always posting about their strict adherence to how much and often they eat, yes he gives them supplements, and they workout hard. Sone examples of tweets:
“Weight Gain Protocol
6:00am - Wake Up
Hydrate
Eat Breakfast #1
Lift Weights
Take Supplements
Eat Breakfast #2
9:30am - Leave For Class
You wanna look like a grown man
You gotta eat like a grown man”
“Morning Strength Session Nutrition
Breakfast - Omega 3 & Vitamin D
Pre Lift - Collagen & Multivitamin
Post Lift - Protein Shake“
That isn’t a complete list. I know they take Creatine too and not sure what else.

If you think that’s natural growth..I got some land in south Florida I’d like to sell you.

I’m probably thinking there’s one small adjustment on that schedule
9:30am - Leave for class
9:45am - Leave through back door, cut class, take steroids

I agree with you, specifically on the 90 days. But you still need a willing blank canvas to start with. You take a kid who likely has not eaten healthy his entire life, never saw a weight room much less a personal trainer, and having the freakish long limbed body of a 18-20 yr old. Throw in supplements and you are ready to work.
Obviously what the strength guy brings to the table is accountability and buy in. And in 2024 that is a damn near miracle.

Who was Arizona’s strength coach in the Sean Miller days? All those dudes were yoked.
