Did Zee get banned for that?

TAZ is the most consistent, Coach T knows how to utilize his strengths and coach him.

As he becomes more of a go to guy the focal point, it will take pressure off of MT and he will become an even greater threat

I gotta go with M Thornton. He's always been a scorer but this year he's playing less selfish and playing better defense. Plus he's good for at least three offensive rebounds a game. Taz is a very close second.

It's fair to say that LSU would be in big trouble with either guy missing from the lineup.

TMitch close over MT and BO.
That being said, GT has raised the level of his overall performance exponentially under TJ.
CJ has regressed a bit offensively but his toughness has greatly improved IMHO. And QT doesn't even resemble the guy from last year. Good "coaching up" is evident. Look for Martin to evolve more offensively as the season goes.

I think it's easily ZeeDunstin's favorite player Taz.

I know he's overyhyped and sucks, but all he's done is transform himself from a wing player to a post player out of necessity for the team and done it very, very well.

Plays some darn good defense too.

I dont think Zee ever said he sucks. I think he said he was overrated. Which before he got hot this year, was somewhat true. I just think zee took it too far, like he always does. He has still never rooted against the guy nor LSU and he and myself will be rooting them on tonight.

PS. He is a Scheyer guy not Paulus guy. HAHA. I know this because he is skipping golf today to watch him.

Actually, Zee started a thread stating that Tasmin "sucked". However, it was deleted for obvious reasons.

I was sure it read something like Tasmine the most overrated player ever?

No. He said he sucked. Probably about 12 times in the thread before it was zapped.

Yeah, SG. I think he played PG his last year out of necessity. That was the year Tack was suspended the first half of the year and never really got back in the flow. GT was a redshirt frosh and couldn't handle the point.

An integral part of a final-4 team as a true freshman is not referred to as being over-rated in my book. TMitch had to help DM carry that team when the two big boys were simultaneously injured and did more than a credible job. Now, he's recovering from surgery and getting "coached up" to boot and the results are 1st-team SEC worthy and maybe more. Oh Lord please send us some more "over-rated" players like TMitch.

Yeah, he absolutely did and continued to say it and didn't really back off it until the next day after about 100 folks took him to task for it.

Because in 9th grade he was projected to go straight to the pros, consitently solid contributions by Taz are dismissed by some.

Those projections stopped by his junior year in high school but he was still have 5-star and for my money has lived up to that...even moreso than most.

I think everyone is right to a certain extent, but there is no doubt that the MVP has been Taz. Without his play under the goal we're a .500 team. M. Thorton is awesome and is our best player offensively, Spencer is a much improved player compared to last year when he wasn't allowed to shoot, but the most improved player is Q. Thorton. He improves every game. He was terrible last year, and this year he's been more than helpful off of the bench. Taz is the MVP, Thorton has to hit shots, GT is always solid on D, Spencer needs to realize he's pretty good but not that good, and the bench has to keep playing good minutes and we'll be fine. Cris Johnson...SHOW UP!
